FLAT RATE ANYWHERE IN TORONTO
An online business without an affordable and efficient shipping practice would be like a metropolitan city with limited subway system(oh, wait!).
Therefore we have made it among our top priorities to always have the best shipping policy for our costumers.
RATES
If your delivery address is anywhere within the GTA ( Greater Toronto Area) , you will benefit from our efficient and fast shipping methods. No matter how much or how many pieces you order. You could be ordering a single chair or a full truck load of products, your shipping rate stays the same.
You can select on of the options stated below at your checkout:

CAD 49 to receive your order at your address by the curb-side ( Just in front of your building ).This option is ideal for small and light weight products such as chairs.

CAD 99 to receive your order at your desired room inside your office without any assembly. Some products such as filing cabinets or pedestals might not need any assembly but could be a bit heavy to be moved by your self; This options will work best for these products.

CAD 199 to receive your order at your desired room and assembled. Some products such as desks and cabinets need some assembly.

Please not that every product page has the necessary information regarding their need for assembly.
Delivery area
We love all of Canada; however, for NOW we are only able to deliver to Torontonians around the GTA. To make sure whether your delivery address is within our delivery ratio or not please visit take a look at this page here.
Note that if your address is not covered by our flat rate options, your address will be rejected at the checkout. Not to worry, you can still receive the product you like even if you are outside of GTA. Just get in touch with us to receive your custom shipping rate.
Delivery time
In-stock items are shipped maximum a week of placing the order. We are proud of our fast shipping and handling process.
For the items that are not in-stock, we provide an estimated time of arrival for each item at it's page. This time is calculated very carefully to insure that we will always keep our promise. If by any chance the universe decides to delay the arrival of the new stock with some unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you promptly to inform you of the new dates. You can then choose wether to wait for its arrival or receive a full refund for the inconvenience.

Delivery day
Close to your delivery day, we will contact you to inform you of the time frame that you could expect your order to arrive. Please have in mind that our team will not take away the packaging of the products since you will need to repackage them if you decided to return your order.
Return and Cancellation
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund up to 24hrs before your order is scheduled to arrive at your location. If you had to cancel your order within 24hrs of your delivery, you will be charged our lowest flat rate of CAD 49 plus CAD 19 for re-routing the driver.
You will always have 30 days to change your mind once you receive an order. You can just get in touch with us and schedule a pick up for your product and receive a full refund. Please have in mind that you will be charges your original shipping fee for this service.
